Sissy squats really are the GOAT for the quads and knees IMO and a display of insane strength and flexibility. I am not an expert at them, but they are a staple in my training, and they are phenomenal to do with TRX straps and a waist belt in a pendulum fashion. They are so satisfying to go so deep on, I hope one day to be able to do them with no assistance.

just the way you said do the things with the buttons down below was enough for a like, but great instructions as well! i am currently doing assisted sissy squats and hope to be able to do them without assistance one day (compromising a bit of strength, but that's ok)

Agree dude. Have you tried reverse nordics? Not for the faint of heart. Easier to do weighted and less balance required too.

Have you tried the Vince Gironda sissy squat? A 3 phase squat with a "burlesque" movement, it'll blow your quads away!
Love these! I use these GtG style when I walk into my bedroom. My legs are definitely getting stronger, and over a short period of time, thus far!
