This formula is for PP woven bags only, and it will not work for jute bags. Honestly speaking, we are not aware of Jute Bag calculations. We are not that much experienced in jute bags.
The software is also only for Pp Woven bags. It will not help in calculations of jute bags.

Hi, Apologies for the late reply. You can get the grammage of the bag by reverse calculating the formula explained in the video. And at the end of the video, it's explained how to calculate the price of the bag manually.

What is The factor 39.37 used in the formula
That factor is to change the inches system to metric system
Double fold means kya hai or single fold
Bag k bottom me fold karke Stitching karte. Hai. Agar ek bar fold Kiya hai to single fold, aur double bar Kiya hai to double fold
hello sir, if bag is made out of cotton material, and not in kg than?
Cotton is completely different from pp woven fabric. Formulae of pp woven bag is not applicable for cotton bags.

Sir print ka impression back side me na aaye iske liye kya kare and ink role rubber ke kitne diameter ke hone chahiye
Keep belt clean and use good quality ink for proper Ink drying to prevent backside impression.
Ink roll diameter depends on model of machine and manufacture of machine.

Grammage is the measure of quality of fabric. Which will be demanded by your customer.
If customers do not provide the grammage of their demand and just provide the weight of bags and dimensions of bags, then you can reverse calculate the given formula.

Grammage = (Weight of Bags x 39.37)/(Width x (Length + 1))
*_For Double Fold Bags_*

What is 39.37 stands for, why we divide by 39.37
39.37 is meter-inch conversion factor. It converts Dimensions in itches to meter.
Fully Wrong Callculation,What about Extrusion Staff,Loom Op. and other resourcess,Who will gonna pay this
This calculation is for finishing unit. Where they purchase the ready woven fabric and perform the cutting, Stitching and printing operation.
And as finishing unit, they don't hire extrusion staff and loom plant staff, that's why it's not part of calculation.
