Platzsparend und effizient sind die Doppelhubsäulen von LEANTECHNIK: Dank eines separaten Antriebs verfahren die Hubeinheiten der Säule nämlich unabhängig voneinander, so dass zwei Anlagen gleichzeitig betrieben werden können. Die eingesetzten Zahnstangengetriebe der lifgo® linear 5.3-Serie haben eine Hubkraft von je 15.000 N und verfahren auf je einer Zahnstange pro Arbeitsbereich der Hubsäule. Unsere Stufenlose Haltebremse (SHB) ist ebenfalls in dieser Konstruktion verbaut.
The double lifting columns from LEANTECHNIK are space-saving and efficient: Thanks to a separate drive, the lifting units of the columns move independently of each other, so that two systems can be operated simultaneously. The rack-and-pinion drives used in the lifgo® linear 5.3 series have a lifting force of 15,000 N each and travel on one rack per working range of the lifting column. Our infinitely variable holding brake (SHB) is also built into this design.
