If you listen to them, they all have different accents and at times are obviously grasping for the words when they express themselves in English. IT'S PERFECTLY NORMAL!! The Philippines ranks no. 1 in Business English pero kapwa Pinoy lang naten ang ignorante at critical pag kapwa Pinoy nag-iingles at di perpekto yung Neutral accent or naghahanap ng sasabihin. Wala sila sa call center, just as long they can understand other people and they can express themselves even if struggling for words, they're given a pass by people who have English as their mother tongue BECAUSE THEY UNDERSTAND!!
