Between this and Mario I think it’s amazing that 2D platformers are coming back like this. The OG’s are showing us what it’s about again and I love it

@@hoppie4263the eggman skin is just a pre order bonus. They wouldn't make a trailer to show something as specific as a Lego Sonic if that wasn't going to be in the game as a playable feature lol. It would have cost them lots of money for permission to include the Lego brand in the game after all.

Actually, there was a Sonic level expansion for the Lego Dimensions game back in 2016 but THIS is probably the closest we're getting to a Lego Sonic game and I'm all here for it.

I mean the Lego movies are basically that…TMNT, DC, Simpsons, LOTR, Harry Potter, Star Wars, The Matrix, Beetlejuice, Doctor Who, Back to the Future, Gremlins, Jaws, King Kong, Scooby Doo. Wizard of Oz, etc
Ok so I’m guessing that since this is an official thing that the Lego Eggman design is also gonna be how Eggman looks in the sets since we didn’t see him in the official Lego trailer for the sonic sets, and I gotta say I dig it

Well it says preorder the game for the *Eggman* Lego skin, I don’t know if that means the Lego skins for the main characters are just part of the game or are dlc but it’s still cool. But I’m guessing you’re still gonna preorder the game for the Lego Eggman anyway
