    Interesting I redid that same type of fountain but put the base on cinder blocks in my 360 gallon tub I ordered from Lowe’s on line to raise it up, and put comet fish in it which survives in freezing weather but keep the water moving on the surface with an aerator, either way if you don’t put fish in it at least the water will stay at the lip of the top of the liner because of the raised cinder blocks , would like to share that with you 😊😃

      That sounds great! I have no fish in here so I didn't need to worry about them in the winter. I built a teepee like cover for the winter and it kept the snow out. It also became a Christmas tree 😄. Thanks for sharing!

    Great job!!! Someone is selling this same fountain near me for $200 with a new pump. I’m tempted to get it
