I remember hearing it for the first time after just being rejected by someone I really like. Funnily enough, the exact same thing happened yesterday, when this mixtape released, and I'll be honest, the timing got a good laugh out of me. Strange how so much, yet so little can change in a few years.

But then, I suddenly forgot about him. A year ago, me randomly found a song called "Rise up" (again on Facebook). At first I thought "oh this song is so good", I didn't expect it to be a song by TheFatRat. Dammm, from that day on, my whole childhood seemed to come rushing back. We’ll Meet Again is my favorite FatRat song by far because of the memories. In 10th grade, the second year of lockdown, I remixed We’ll Meet Again as a school assignment using a very low level software provided by the school. I recorded every single layer including strings (all me) trumpet (my friend) and vocals (choir seniors). The final product is lost in the digital world somewhere but I’m still proud of what I made.

I was a cross country runner and I have anxiety. In college, I would play TheFatRat songs before races to stay calm and cheerful. There were so many song choices that were calming, cheerful, and touching all at the same time. I’d literally have tears pouring down my cheeks and hiding it while listening. It was very healing. I was around 10 when I first heard your music... now I'm almost 20 and so much has happened. Over the past 10 years I've always come back to hear more of these songs. They've heavily influenced my life, whether that be by me having it on as background music for playing videogames or just to take in how beautiful these songs are. You and everyone who has helped to create these songs have inspired so many. I may be just some random person on the internet but, thank you. For all of the music you have made over the years, and all of the happy memories that I have with them.

We’ll Meet Again is my favorite FatRat song by far because of the memories. In 10th grade, the second year of lockdown, I remixed We’ll Meet Again as a school assignment using a very low level software provided by the school. I recorded every single layer including strings (all me) trumpet (my friend) and vocals (choir seniors). The final product is lost in the digital world somewhere but I’m still proud of what I made.
I remember discovering Monody and Unity for the first time when I was 10 years old. I am currently in my second year in college. Man time flies. Thank you for the memories TheFatRat, and cheers to 10 years!!

I remember first hearing this song when I was 11 years old from the game Rooftop Snipers. When I eventually found out who actually made the song, I was opened to a whole new realm of music I hadn't really listened to before, and ever since then, I've been an avid listener of your songs. They're great for getting hyped up to and they have such catchy melodies, every song you put out is a musical miracle. The album covers that accompanied them sparked my imagination and made me dream up a whole new world of my own. I even wrote a short story for school based on "We'll Meet Again" (both the song and the album cover) and I ended up getting a 100% on it 😄. The Song i very much loved for was "Coming fly away with me" and to this day is my favorite because back then it gave a sense of freedom. I was a cross country runner and I have anxiety. In college, I would play TheFatRat songs before races to stay calm and cheerful. There were so many song choices that were calming, cheerful, and touching all at the same time. I’d literally have tears pouring down my cheeks and hiding it while listening. It was very healing. I’m so glad TheFatRat music has become so successful.
