    Great fluidity and speed of spinning seem extra fast. wonder if you can do a tutorial simply on that, perhaps a close-up of your hand and finger movements. Much of this lesson, I was hitting myself

I was wondering what are the exact dimension of your poi, like weight, lenght, material of the head etc.? Are the socks elastic? Thank you in advance, you are such an inspiration for me!
