Why, why, why can they not make shows like this anymore? Jan Sterling was great and with a great supporting cast.

Jan Stering was a first rate actress. She showed more range in this 25 minute tv show than most actresses or actors show in an entire career. Thanks for posting this television show.👍

Some of us here had channels even before Pizza Flix, but burned out. My first two channels, that are now long gone, and about 4 other regular uploaders of classics, used to all work together. (ehh44returns has been around in some form for decade or more I think)
Before Pizza Flix, and a few other channels with hundreds of uploads, we created Playlist to help others find gems scattered across YT on small channels, and to help one another's channels grow.
Myself and one other person, actually created the very first Playlist of classics by decades, foreign films, British and/or by film star by scouring YT for uploads.
You used to be able to see far more classics on here for free, it's actually gone backwards.
Now they're blocked upon upload. We used to get 3 month agreements from copyright holders on old UK classics. Now they have deals with distributors.
The earliest days were actually the best. All we had to do was get a request from a sub for a specific firm, or request an upload from a small circle of other channels, and one of us had it in our collection to share, even if it was for a limited time.
We wrote companies asking for DVD releases, while we likely had no influence at all, we now see far more available.
A few of the old timers are still around, a few passed away, and a few who were my first subs like Mr. Spinks, now have their own great channels.
I am grateful for every channel created that's helped keep these films consistently available, like Pizza Flix and so many others.
It was wonderful in the early years finding a community of people who enjoyed them as much as myself, and to see how huge it is now is wonderful.
TH-cam has made so many changes over the years, and thrown roadblocks in the way of many channels wanting to share classics, so I appreciate a channel even more when they've lasted and thrived as long as Pizza Flix.
LOL, in the early days before uploading to YT, we had to rely on terrible copies uploaded to Archive.net, or get lucky enough to become members of wonderful private torrents like TheBox and others..
Thanks Pizza Flix, and others, for all you continue to do. I know firsthand all the effort, work, and dedication you do to bring new uploads.
I just wish as many were still available as they were back then. Public Domain is great, but we also showed ones not available on VHS, DVD, or those not even televised in decades, it was about making sure they weren't forgotten.

Jan Sterling was drop dead gorgeous! She really did look much like Harlow. This was a terrific short, but I thought she was going to give the money to the widow. Given the circumstances, she did what she could to save the woman's feelings and prove at the same time the type of person she was. Thanks for another good one! 🌈🌈🌈

She was totally unknown to me. This short drama is quite an interesting format, where the actors have to make us understand in this short piece of time the characters features and inner conflicts and here for the main character, victory against herself. Well done ! Thank you by the way Pizzaflix team, I like it when I discover things new to me !
