one time i was in a server playing as cream, and the map was “…” nobody was playing as eggman so his dead, hanging body was in one of the rooms i came by as cream and as soon as i got near the body, cream’s head turned to look (i didn’t move her head) and had a shocked face. right after that, she has a worried and scared expression. it was so cool to see how she can actively express herself on her own! love the update
finally they got expression when getting grab and not just like this☹️ bet that is friendly sonic round and you getting revenge for amy and btw i waiting for rouge self revive back cuz rouge starting being forgotten

Characters only seems to react to seeing dead bodies (map easter egg), being injured, grabbed, seeing incapitated survivor, seeing survivor dying.
