After a few days hiding in USA house, NATO had been fully corrupted... And manipulate USA into taking over the world? (This is just an theory!)
I like the CSA design fun fact in the CSA constitution they banned the international slave trade so it was out naturally but simplified version they block CSA from getting to Europe and trading or something and war and believe me that is very simplified.

Even then after slavery would be dead though, the black population would still have no rights and the government would be more influenced by the south, probably adopting a loose confederacy styled government.
