    Trying to book a trip for the first week of Oct. Any tips on lodging and flights to make the trip a little more affordable? Do you think this time of year will be favorable to see the lights? It's my birthday present to myself :) Thanks!

      @@TheAuroraChasers 1st of all ... really like your Aurora videos very informative... just wondering how crowded it gets and does everyone go to the same places or does each guide have their own spot.? Thanks

      @@ayechapin1 Most of the common viewpoints are quite popular and thus can be crowded. Many tour operators do indeed go to poplar viewpoints. We however do not. We are photography focused and thus need to get away from the crowded areas.
