PROBAT SATURN centrifugal roaster

The SATURN centrifugal roaster rotates around a vertical axis to roast the beans. The specially designed roaster bowl and lamella ring ensure extremely uniform and gentle mixing of the roasted product. Alongside this, there are a number of ways to influence the aroma, density and extraction level of the roasted coffee. Thermal equilibrium is also achieved quickly. The SATURN is therefore the perfect roaster for both mass-produced coffee and those products where quality really counts. Available with capacities of 250, 2,500 and 4,000 kg/h.
