@AnilAggarwalbankinterview but my department is not giving noc because I have not intimated them already at the time of applying the form. When I applied for rrb po it was less than one one I had joined my present job due to which I was not able to fill in my application. So that's why now I am not able to get noc.
Sir what if in panel room thier is ac or fan which makes me uncomfortable because i feel cold more than usual ... what should i do when their fan or ac on ... plz reply
@@HarshitRatnoo maybe sir is talking about promotion on seniority base.. you can check notifications there is clearly mentioned that you need minimum number to appear in those exams

Normally it doesn't matter. But if you want to appear in Scale 2 and Scale 3 exams then you need minimum 60% (55% in case of SC)
