Liver enzymes!! My first weird blood test happened back around 2009. I had mine put in in 2005. I have been told I have auto immune hep c. False positive lupus. A period where I lost copious amounts of hair. Joint pain. Depression. Problems with weight. Tingling in hands. I can’t believe I’m only learning about this now. I fully believe that these implants are causing my problems. Thanks for sharing. We all need to be vocal about this and help women from all over hear about this issue.

I can SO RELATE to living with more & more symptoms over time (for 11 years now) not understanding why I feel 80 yrs old & your analogy of living with chronic fatigue/pain & how you get used to it. I cannot wait to be free of these toxic bags!

I can so relate with all your symptoms , having period cramps all the time, feeling bloated, brain fog and chronic fatigue. I’m 3 days post explant and I’m hoping to recover and feel somewhat normal again. Thank you for sharing your story. I thought I was getting old with all the symptoms, but I’m only 37.

I've noticed that a lot of competitors on TH-cam, who have implants, complain about lack of energy and other problems they have. I wonder if it's because of their implants. I wanted to get a breast augmentation done once, but with all these women having theirs removed I decided against it. I would rather have weirdly shaped breasts than having health issues

gladys perez I think you conditioned yourself to blame everything that has happened to you on “life” so even if you were to have symptoms you probably won’t acknowledge it to anything abnormal or wrong. These women have conditioned themselves to finally acknowledge something is wrong and I believe them. As women our feelings are often dismissed and we’re told it could be anything. I hope your breast implants are in good condition and never causes you any of these conditions but if they do I hope you are strong and brave like these women to remove them. ✌🏽

Oh my goodness! This is such a blessing to have found your channel. I was searching for fit mom workouts but I saw your other titles about implant removal. I've had my implants since 2014 and I after abt a year, things started changing for me and I haven't been the same ever since.
Depression, anxiety, hair loss, inflammation, extreme tiredness, random food allergies have taken over my life and I pray that I can have them removed within the next year. 🙏

My period was out of whack just like yours too, always coming a week earlier each time.
I did become suicidal as well. I used to run half marathons and I spiraled into a deep depression that I didn't leave my room for months and I couldn't function as a single mom and my daughter was so heart broken to see mama so far gone.
So I went to the doctor and became super medicated and I didn't want to live like that either. Nothing made sense at all! Now I'm just gonna trying to save money to have them removed by next year. My family has helped me for the past year by taking care of my daughter. I missed all of her 4th grade year because I've been so sick.
I've always told my daughter that she is beautiful just the way she is and here I am getting plastic surgery and showing her otherwise. I pray I have them removed soon.

Make sure they will take out the capsule. U need to really research to make sure they take out everything not just the implant and they can do a fat transfer. Find an explant doc

Good to see the explant shift or choosing against implants! There is a lifetime of future surgeries ahead with breast implants that isn't discussed... aged implant exchanges, capsular contractures, weighted implant breast lifts, plus numbness, etc (not to mention the serious BII health issues).

All those symptoms are mine! Plus constant chest and back pain for 2 years feels like chest infection!!Muscle, join pain...I've seen at least 10 different Specialists, ultrasound, MRI, CT scans, blood test and no explanation!!! There are days when I barely can slice an onion because I get soo bad arm pain.Thinking back in time everything started after getting these implants and can't believe I did this to myself.Glad finding these women online and help me to get to my diagnosis finally! Thanks

    OH MY GOSH
so I’ve been watching BII videos because I can relate and so I don’t ever get implants lol
I had H-pylori!!!! It made me miserable! Absolutely miserable! I had lots of the symptoms of people with breast implant illness. I had to take a poop test for the h-pylori.
These symptoms happen when our body is fighting something.
My symptoms: dry mouth(I constantly drank water), fatigue, shortness of breath(walking up stairs was so hard, I’d be panting), excruciating pain in my stomach after eating, bloating, my eyes were so dry!, anxiety, hard time thinking, paranoia, constipation.
After antibiotics and about 2 months I felt much better!!!
Drink apple cider vinegar(with the mother) 3 times a day
    Drink olive oil
    Drink lots of water
    No alcohol
    Try not to eat sugar
    Eat bananas for sweets
And avocado and olives for gut health
Take a walk everyday! (Strengthens stomach muscles and balances the acid in our stomach.
After experiencing the H-pylori I could never voluntarily get implants and risk that again. #ittybittytitties forever
    Godspeed💕

D Lo you will feel so much better. Just be patient with yourself it’s an up and down journey the first week you’ll feel amazing and then after your emotions and hormones seem to go all over the place. But know each week you will start feeling better. I’m going on 8 weeks post opp and now I’m feeling really good- most symptoms are gone but it was just in the last week I started to feel this way. I get blood work results next week for thyroids and liver.

I have enbloc done 6 weeks ago. I am depressed. I miss my cleavage..I can't even imagine what I will look like on the beach this summer
    But I decided
How much better will I physically feel on that beach? I wanted fat transfer. They are making alot of progress in that area...pull them out see you up is not the proper way. They must get that capsule in one piece
I had drain tubes after surgery. 6 weeks later the right breast has to have fluid removed and I have a lump that has doubled in size. Still glad I got the implants out. Ty for this video
Hugs and prayers for the road to healing. It's a process but it's worth it

    • @HannahDawson
      @HannahDawson  5 ปีที่แล้ว +3

April Coker hey girl!! I’ve been 8months post opp, the depression comes and goes but does go. Breast have plumped back a bit now. So just be patient the recovery takes time.
I have a hematoma as well and had to have surgery 2x back to back. The anaesthetic has the after effects of depression so just know it’s your body and brain trying to get back to healthy again.
There’s tons of cute suits for smaller chest. But it will take time and self love to love how you were created to be.
Check out some other my other vlogs where I talk a lot about the process.
Also there’s a group on FB called breast implant healing by Nicole and there’s tons of support and info in there that’s what helped me.💜🤗

  • @Cdray24
    @Cdray24 6 ปีที่แล้ว +12

Important to have the right surgery done, just taking out the bag of the implant is not enough to start feeling better. YOU NEED THE CAPSULES removed as well. THe scar tissue created around the implant to keep them in place and to protect you from the toxic bags (implant) from invading your body all at once. You need those removed as well. THe surgery you described of numbing you and just pulling out the implant is not the correct surgery for health improvement. PLEASE BE ADVISED a full EXPLANT is needed. It iS CALLED En Bloc/Total Capsulectomy.

Unbelievable….but true…I had similar symptoms and worse…..I went to a dr…to explain what I was feeling…he told me to take sleep medication and depression medication……he told me “is not your breast implants “…..I was loosing lots of weight…..I felt me colon twisted..I was eating baby food…I was not able to do the bathroom thing……my stomach was not working normal………all the confusion was making me afraid so I was seriously nervous…..I was transported to the behavioral unit a hospital…..I was given abilify…..several different doctors agree that I needed it…..I don’t know why it was given to me with no facts……these doctors also told me that I had severe dementia….delusions….that I was paranoid……many other mental illnesses…….all wrong…!!!!!!!!!!!!!I told them that my suspicion was that all these symptoms was created by my b. Implants…….noone heard what I said……I had these implants removed….I am back to normal… the hospital charges for this stay…..about $65,000.00

Yes that’s crazy! Doctors don’t like to admit when something they approve can harm us. It’s all about money in the long run. I’m so happy got them out and are feeling back to normal ❤️❤️❤️

How is your thyroid after you removed your implants? Are you taking thyroid medicine?
I had my implants put in 2002 one ruptured in 2009 had them both replaced and then in 2012 was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and have been on Levothyroxine ever since BUT just explanted two months ago (after 17 years of having them). I would love to stop taking my thyroid medicine but not sure how. I’m the only person in my entire family with thyroid issues so I know my implants caused it....but now that I’ve had them removed I wonder if it’s possible for my thyroid to heal and go back to normal. 🤔🙏🏼

My surgeon and a few others told me the same! Don’t walk away... RUN away from any dr who will tell you that. There’s only a few drs who specialize in EXPLANT! He probably didn’t know how to do the whole Eb bloc/total capsulectomy procedure!! You MUST have the whole scar taken out not just the implant. If u take just the implant without taking out The Whole capsulectomy and en bloc you will still have ur issues because the scar that forms around ur implant is really what’s contaminating ur body!!!! Pleeeeease find another dr and have them do the whole capsulectomy if not u will NOT get better. Go to face group breast implant illness and healing by Nicole. Everyone will tell u the same thing.

I'm at the 26:45 point and listening to you relate all the horrible things that doctor said to you makes me so mad; he was a total creep. I'm so happy for you that you had them removed. Twenty years ago, I had a friend who had implants and she died at age 44 from a heart attack brought on by silicone leakage that had blocked 85% of one of her aorta's. That's what the coroner told me.

It's not enough to just pull them out, the capsule that forms around the implant needs to be removed as well. I have no idea how would the surgeon do that if the patient was just nummed.

I also have developed thyroid issues and hashimotos and even lupus since getting them. I went to the doctor for pink eye and he said no its just an immune response. Of course my doctors say it's not related to the implants, even my naturopath which blew my mind. I also have burning pain in one. Currently looking for a good surgeon to remove them en Bloc as I fear I may have a rupture. Unfortunately here the wait is almost a YEAR for a good surgeon to remove them properly

About 3 mos healrh really deteriorated and i started wondering if i had implant leak. Saw wirds Breast Implant illness and daw myself. Got referred to plastic surgeon (my primary dr had never mentioned it). I was done wirh them, removed them (insurance did not pay) no lift wanted.
