How to set up BMS communication: MeritSun 48V Powerwall+Solis inverter

Hi, how can I contact your team?
I did a similar system but it did not work
Inverter: Solis Hybrid Inverter
Battery: Meritsun 200Ah Lithium Battery
Status of battery is IDLE
Status of Solis: No Battery
BMS Port (Inverter) to CAN Port (Battery)
