    I just applie one of your idea in regards to signaling interest for a client . While they are transferring to a new platform handling old members over there I added “ join waiting list” before going live with the new membership. Let’s see how this goes

      @@mrgymking6868 actually it was to short between launch date och using waitinglist. I did apply it but short after we did launch instead.

    Not sure you can do cold outreach for a waiting list can you. Hard to pretend supply is limited if you’re going door to door. Having said that I’m finding the content very helpful

    Daniel, please use variety in your examples. I think 2 million people who watched your other podcasts will loose interest and stop watching your videos. You will gain new but you will lose old funs. You repeat Cybertrack, airlines, Rolex, discussion groups, etc. in all you podcasts. Variety and fresh content is the key. I have seen many of your podcasts, they are great, but there is little new for me now. Boris

      Hope you have implemented all what you learned from his podcasts. If so then you don't need to watch the same content again. He literally said it that he's run the same zoom event every week for 2 years, same slides, same examples same jokes that he is tired of his own jokes. Bottom line it's a lead generation activity. If it brings the leads in for him then it works. That's all that matters
