We do not use these systems! We feel like when we offer a unique focus on our specific properties, we can offer a better service. These property managers have benefits, but we just prefer a more customized approach!
How we can confidently add a day before or after since modifying a reservation could prompt a cancelation? Have you done that successfully? Do you have many that just cancel after they are allowed to change the dates?
We usually prompt guests with an automated message to extend their stay if there are additional days available. This hasn't caused us to lose any guests, people will either accept or decline depending on their travel plans! Let me know if I understood your question correctly!
