Careful if you're autoing stages with Ahriman on them, their Gaze ability lowers Bravery as shown in the video, which also permanently decreases Bravery outside of battle, so you might end up with low bravery and high faith doing that.

Just thought I would post a comment outlining my current Faith farm for those who want to go over 70 (we just got the barracks faith update today). I follow basically all the tips in this video (vow of love for +hate, unit I most want buffed in the leftmost slot). But, for boosting the faith on decently powerful units, I've been using the White Wolf's Distant Castle 2 map (Ch 6, scene 2, my leveled mages can carry the fight without tanks). Basically, I only bring units I want to increase faith on. Because you start off surrounded on this map, fina is able to reach units who might otherwise go out of her range due to their superior speed. By only bringing units I want to buff (and undergearing them) I ensure that they don't clear the map before getting cheered.
Holy crap this made a HUGE difference on my party! I saw the video a couple days ago when it came out, and now I've managed to get my faith up from 50-ish to 97 on Y'shtola, Ayaka, and Mediena solely through this afk farming method, and it's pretty much doubled all of their damage! If there's anyone still on the fence about putting in a couple minutes to set up a farming party for this (I only had to change around unit order, put the aggro card on one of them, and replace a melee dps with Fina) it's 100% worth it. On top of the damage boost, my chance of landing status spells has gotten a decent boost as well (up something like 15-20% up to around 35% now), so when Ayaka insists on spamming immobilize at least it has a decent chance of not being a wasted turn.

Just found something out, if you are auto-battling with "prioritize treasure chests" and Fina is the closest to the treasure chest, the AI will cast Cheer on herself. I had to figure this out the hard way! Hope this helps if people are also running into this issue. Cheers!
So in today’s notices they mentioned a couple of improvements down the line, including the ability to choose if Faith increases or decreases in barracks and the ability to select which abilities units can use in auto. If this is true it basically corrects two of the biggest pain points of the game.
Fina pretty much always throws Cheer on Mont first for me because of that Vision card. I wish I could convince my samurai (Owe) to use his Bravery buff instead of his Evasion buff when on Auto.
Thanks for the information as always - will be interesting to see how with the Barracks changes if this method will still be useful. In my mind it will still have value, especially with a newer unit you gain and wanting to get them up to par as quickly as possible. - Appreciated as always.
Doing this now, going to see how high I can get the faith of my units in a few runs. This combined with the auto re-embark feature they are pushing live means faith is going to become less of a problem to grind. Thanks for the guide!

Gilgamesh also has an ability called Final Hour, in which he buffs the Faith of himself and his target for 3 turns. I haven't payed enough attention to see if the buff partially sticks after battle.

Actually now I realized that if my tanks got cheered I could use the guild barracks even more, actually you could spam this in order to maximize bravery on someone like ramza for example who's still good with a bit of faith up THANK YOU for this smart tips video :)
You should be keeping almost 10 faith per run. lvl 20 cheer gives 6 faith per cast. You keep perma a quarter of the faith gained in a fight. If you arent KEEPING 27 faith in just 3 runs (two Finas buff 36 inbattle each run), you need to level your cheer and reassess your friends list. Your 3 daily gil snapper runs are perfect, mobs dont move until you do, so no reason to not be easy mode unless your one of those people hoarding gil and not leveling abilities (its just over 2 mil to max cheer).
Sadly don't have Fina. Call me salty, but to literally have only one fucking unit that can buff Faith and no other way to do it (yet) is a major oversight for a game that revolves around having your casters have a decent amount of Faith. Really sad I legit cannot get the most out of Mediena or Yshtola because I couldn't pull a specific MR unit.
I messed up and put mediena in the barracks and now she is stuck at 30 faith. I’ve paired her with Fina in lots of battles since to bump faith, but I can’t get her above 30 permanent faith. Any thoughts?
How much would it cost to get an ice UR like Mediena to Lvl 75? Curious as I want to max her out before focusing on Gilgamesh. He's currently at level 30, and I think he'll pretty much be at that level until my 2 year old son gets married if I farm at the rate I'm going.

You were saying that do not increase Gilgamesh's Faith but he is MAG based and the majority of his skill is MAG based.. or is Faith is not correlated with Magic Attack?
Even in JP she is high in damand since she is the only one who can max faith units. Sad they did not introduce a new character that can provide group AoE Faith buff
@@itsdawnkim that is a later update that can only go up to 70 Faith (anything higher require Fina Cheer buff) BUT you also lose Brave for that as well which is bad since you need both Brave and Faith on a character to perform at their best.

Ok so a Question 🤔 is it worth putting ya Mage in the Brv + JP Barracks? Cuz my Y’stola brave is around 20 (Auto battle gets her killed 😅 alot) and Fina raises faith + 1...and the barracks decreses it by 1...just trying to figure the perfect balance ya know 😅
Thanks for the tip funnily enough I had been doing this unintentionally with my Medina the whole time but now my Margariette can give herself unto Jesus as well :P On a related note about farming can you make a vid on the best stages to get the various memories for jobs? I've been trying to farm the blue memories in particular but I've got a horrid bottleneck because all my units need the share at least one memory type with a different unit (My Marcherie Margaritte and Medina are all fighting over black mage memories for instance)

Slowly over time you can earn royalty points from earning 💯 points on the dailies. Outside of that you'd have to spend irl currency. As far as the ice quest, you should have access to it by clicking on "Party Formation" in Expeditions and then clicking on the area banner itself. Good luck!
too much faith will caused a lot of magical damage from/to ur enemies.. it boosts the chance for both buffs and debuffs too, like raise, sleep, toad, petrify, etc.

I increased mines and it helps damage wise and healing. Dps units are mostly glass cannons anyways.
