great video!! I would recommend getting the boys' feet checked because they seem to have flat feet. As someone with this issue who hikes a lot now, i wish my parents did something about it when I was a kid, would have saved me a lot of knee and back problems.

Yes, we always wear lightweight footwear, way easier to walk in, don't mind a little moisture 😊
