पहिल्यांदाच पाहिलं.... छान माहिती मिळाली.... ❤️ या काळ्या मिठाची निर्मिती करताना, या उद्योगामध्ये मशिनरी चा वापर करुन त्याचे आधुनिकीकरण केल्यास मजुर लोकांचा शारीरीक त्रास कमी होईल. उत्पादन वाढुन मिठाचे दर ही कमी होतील.
इतनी जबरदस्त इंफॉर्मेशन कि हमें बचपन से लेकर जवानी तक यह मालूम ही नहीं था कि काला नमक बनाया जाता है इंसानों के द्वारा हम तो यह सोचते थे कि काले नमक का पहाड़ होता होगा बहुत-बहुत शुक्रिया आपकी नवीन जानकारी के लिए नहीं तो जिंदगी खत्म हो जाती हमें कभी पता ही ना लगता काला नमक आता कहां से है

ये असल मे काला नमक नहीं संचर नमक है, काला नमक मंडी हिमाचल की गुम्मा खान से निकलता है। जिसे गम्मा नमक भी कहा जाता है। गलत जानकारी मत दीजिए

This is artificial or imitation of kala namak. It should be investigated 🔎by food inspector and check whether it is acceptable and hygienic for human consumption! Long term effects should also be studied.
All salts should be standardized and certified by suitable authorities before marketing. Illegal manufacturing and packaging should be punished. Necessary monitoring systems should be developed.

Here in Pakistan, black salt is mined from mountains that is purely beneficial since has 85 types of trace minerals. Don't be confused about rock salt as any salt that comes from mountains is called rock salt (Pink, White, and Black). Although this process might fulfill the domestic requirement but consider associated suspicious hazards, especially from Tannin and microbiological factors of lake waters from where such salt is harvested.
Pathogens , bacteria trace micro live elements will die in presence of salt content of this extent in such manufacturing process.
Problem is mainly that :does it really contain what's being perceived of it ..
@@universalplatform3347 Agreed on germ purification during the process at elevated temperatures. Issues with this type of salt are might be a lack of nutrition values (no trace minerals) and only sodium content and added tannin extracts from organic matter which develop a pink patina.
In my view, such practice and production will continue due to the lack of domestic availability of such natural rock, product price of natural product, buying capacity, and lack of awareness of associated hazards.

One simple question? Why can't the manufacturer use modern/latest technology, keep the factory neat, clean and hygienic?? Just like Dalda ghee was alternative to Pure ghee because of cost, same way is this salt.. When one has to consume, than there should be no compromise, cost should be secondary aspects.. Thanks for making this vdo, atleast now I can throw the kala namak I have in my house, and look out for the pure and natural rock salt.. Ahkir family ki health ka sawal hai bhai..
