Kara found her perfect partner at a game night; she found a person who always protects her from losing a part of herself, her humanity; she found a person who would fight with her to make her understand when she is not capable of making the right decisions but still would have her back; she found a person who would stay up all night to bring her back from a place like phantom zone; she found a person who would always choose her when it came down to it..when you notice these things, you will not need any more confirmations, theirs are one of the most beautiful relationships(non-sibling) I have ever seen. Their actions spoke louder than their words..the subtlity with which their relationship grew is beautiful..realising this, I must say, I wouldn't have it any other way..

Even when she was angry at Kara during season 5 she refused to sacrifice her. She chose to create tension with Andrea instead of outing Kara's identity, she had a panic attack when the Kryptonite cannons were poised to kill Kara, she could have escaped the fortress with Myriad and given an excuse that she was attacked without anyone knowing and aloud Kara to fight Rama Tut alone but made sure Kara was safe before letting Kara know what she was up to. Lena ran to Kara's apartment begging to be believed the moment she knew Lex had plans to kill Kara. Point is, no amount of anger could cause Lena to allow anyone or anything to hurt Kara, but she was willing to hurt so many others for the greater good. She trapped Eve in her own mind so that her AI could use Eve's body. She trapped Jon's brother to use his power so that she could control people. She threatened to have Andrea's boyfriend kill himself to get the medallion and then let go unprotected knowing he would be killed and yet, never let anyone hurt Kara no matter how angry she was at her. Yeah that is some "friendship". Lol
What I about Olson is that he used Kara's identity and fears against her as leverage to get closer to Lena even though he was already sleeping with her. And only told her that being a vigilante and menace to society silver guardian to gain her trust and to be seen as some kind of honest man and hero. Amd he pushed himself into everyone lives and used being friends with them to his advantage. Tp me he shouldn't have been trusted since the beginning. Amd another thing Lena called kara her personal hero and even when she was upset with Supergirl do to his actions. She still respected and cared for her actually hero Supergirl. Amd when kara as Supergirl she made the suit for her. Amd she never called him her hero. But being a hero but deep down she saw just as the rest of National City a vigilante and menace to society. She may have loved and cared him in her own way but he wasn't Kara. And would never measure up to Kara and Supergirl. He knew it too. He knew that he would never measure up to Kara Lena Alex J'onn M'gnn Nia Brainy and even Winn. They are the true heroes of National City. Hell even his own sister Kelly is an actual superhero compared to him. Just like Clark and Lois. He was also a second rate reporter compared to Clark Lois and Kara. What got me was that Supergirl was on the record being kara source she could write articles about her and what was going on in NC. And only one wrote one about guardian because he knew that he was wanted and could put CATCO at risk. Amd it was kara who broke the stories of the children of liberty and Lockwood. He tried to take credit for what kara wrote. Sorry for this to be so long. And also i would like to use this video for writing an opinion on observation piece on Kara and Lena relationship.
