Thank you Felix for sharing this with all of us. An amazing system and for the first one am sure they have learned a lot for their next installation. Very cool.
I know very little about vessels but we have to assume cold ironing indeed: "Connecting ships to the onshore power supply and shutting down the gensets in order to decrease exhaust emissions and noise. Cold ironing was adopted for many decades in naval bases where ships may be docked for long periods."
Amazing to see that it also works for boats, nice 2 in 1 station
Indeed can't wait to spot the first #MCS vessel charging up, bring the right camera and you can see this from the free ferry at Central Station ;-)
@@electricfelix submarine...I hear they have batteries 😅
Wow, that’s impressive

Yup now we need vehicles for testing this site!
Nice!
Yes I cannot wait to see an eActros or one of the others charging up here, or some huge vessel!
2:34 What does it mean? 97 %? 79 %?
We have to assume he intended to say 97% indeed, when translating Dutch on the go these mistakes easily happen ;-)
10:32 What does he say? Cold ironing?
