This company was there since 2011 , the price was mostly always from $3 to $5 . Lets see what happens next . Never trade in chinese companies .
My husband went all in since it was listed on NSDQ. We are in our 70's and lost almost half of our life savings. Why does the SEC allow these companies on the market when they know they will harm the people investing in them ? Can those of us that lost money do a class action lawsuit against the SEC or NSDQ or SOMEBODY ????? They should be doing more to protect people investing in stocks.
@@JanisLappin-n7u Hi Janis. First of all I’m so sorry this happened to you. These types of stock scams happen more often than most people think. Unfortunately, when these companies are listed on the exchange, it’s very hard to tell that they will eventually pull this kind of a scam since they look the same as any other stock on the market. The only discernible fact would be that they are listed in China. In my opinion, Chinese stocks should be banned from American exchanges. I would recommend reporting this as in an SEC complaint. If one day the crooks are somehow busted, money could be paid back to the victims. Just know that it’s not your fault and many people get caught in these scams. It’s very unfortunate.

I got screwed big time. I was pushed this stock by a legit brokerage firm and they had news of a cash influx by an American company LRN. My broker was pushing this to buy up until yesterday afternoon. I woke this AM to find the stock at less than a dollar. It’s crazy that this brokerage firm’s analysis didn’t see this happening.
What broker is this? Sounds like they were in on it.

That sounds very sketchy. No brokerage firm should be recommending risky securities like this period, let alone a no-name penny stock that’s based in China. At the very least, it’s gross negligence on their part to put you in a stock like this, or they were in on the scheme. Remember that these scams need volume (large amounts of buyers) in order to operate. That’s why they use boiler rooms among other means to get people to buy the stock.
As you may know, in the 2000’s, they used to have “brokerages” (boiler rooms) full of “brokers” pushing stocks like these to their clients. They would receive kickbacks from the company for putting their clients into penny stocks or sometimes they received the stock themselves for pennies on the dollar and profited the difference on the shares. It would’ve taken your broker two seconds to find out this is a chinese scam. I don’t see why they would’ve recommended a stock like this to you.
They had a reverse split which moved the price to over $1. I believe it will have a dead cat bounce before it's dead.
