I realize now: I can think of examples for the opposite of all statements in this song. This song's statements don't apply to "all people", they apply to "good people". We have to make sure that people who do not value peace are not allowed to break it, even if hypocritically that requires us to break our own pacificism.
"Everybody wants the same thing, don't they?" Sadly not. The capitalists will always wish for nothing more than to oppress the laborers. Great song, though.
@@kevinvictor911 The capitalists are a class of people who create profit through extracting the labor value of others and giving them only a portion of the value they create
@@thatyoutubechannel9953 who determines how much value should be given? the real culprit is the banksters and people who want to use the State to force others to live by their terms. we don't have a free market.
@@kevinvictor911 You're right, we don't have a free market, but if there were no regulations we would have even worse conditions. Value is determined by the market itself, one of the key factors being labor required to produce a product, and the capitalist will always try to give as little to its workers as possible while still running.

Beautifully said! Most Americans don't realize that Jamaican is it's own language and I think it's beautiful.

this song speaks the truth!
"Everybody wants the same thing, don't they?" Sadly not. The capitalists will always wish for nothing more than to oppress the laborers.
Great song, though.
capitalism just means the use of capital, those you speak of are interventionists. read bastiat, hazlitt, mises, thank you
