I've learned there are only 2 categories anything falls under in my minds eye. #1 Things I can control. #2 Things I can't control. As long as I am focused on category 2, I am thinking like a victim, feel like a victim, and often gets the results of one. If I am focused on category 1, I am devoting all my mental energy to the most relevant information, I feel empowered and often have more efficient results, as I am more goal oriented.
Wow I have been angry for so long My health has deteriorated I made Or make bad decisions hurt pretty much everyone. I have been feeling Like I am full of poison but I have hope and have been learning so much! Thank you Andy your lessons are so beautiful!
I became a widow a year ago. So, I'm starting over, but aside from great ideas and advice, this doesn't really apply. I guess I worry about being so lonely I might take up with someone who is wrong for me.

Some people are crazy, there's no good reason to continue a relationship with them. The bible doesn't deal with reality.
