Very little, actually. The audio replacement for my torturous whistle playing was from the field mic, but otherwise the birds were loud enough that the Osmo picked them up just fine. Going forward I'll be recording audio externally to avoid the Osmo's automatic gain adjustments.

I am indeed happy. I believe it's made out of 20D nylon, so there's not much to it, but it seemed pretty solid.
