No need to attest qualification form and experiance form..... Better to get all other documents notaray attested... All pages pf trancript and first page of syllabus.... Transcript should be one newly issued along with qualification form from college. Not the one issued when you pass out from college.

Notary attestation is - passport copy, degree certificate, syllabus, transcript,oet certificate.anythingelse is required notary attestation
Notary only for degree, passport syllubus and transcript. No need for oet.. They are not asking oet certoficate during initial registration.. Only need oet after getting decision letter

You dont need a currently valid registration to register in ireland.. U can use you expaired Maharashtra registration.. But if you are submitting your gcc work experiance you need to submit gcc registration too

Dont worry.. Nmbi wont upload it now for you.. They will only do it later... They will get back to you if they need anymore documents with in a week after you made the payment..

An garda can attest your documents if you are in ireland or you can contact any solicitor/ notary too.
Hi, I worked in Saudi and that Saudi council registration certificate filled with half in English and half in arebic. So it is mandatory to translate in english?
Check if they are written already as tranlation of arabic word in english. For example..arabic word/ name like that.. Or what written in english is different topic of arabic. If its different you need to translate.

I worked in qatar as a industrial nurse. I used my parent nursing council registration. Not registered in qatar nursing council.
If you are showing qatar experiance you must show qatar regostration. Or need to get letter from qatar registration thatbyou can even work in qatar with your parent registration.

Hi, I have a few doubts, firstly, in the employer form, if the hospital is not ready to give a stamp then can we take an HoD of the department's sign and stamp?
Secondly, can we pay the fee initially and upload all documents later?
Not from hod or hospital, sombody related to nursing like ward incharge/nursing superindent /assist. NS will be more acceptable to nmbi. If not you can give one from hod or anyone else.
Second.. Once the payment is done you need to email remaing documents to nmbi.. They will upload it for you.. You cant upload any document after payment.. You must upload passport, degree/diploma certificate prior to payment.

It's been 8 months for me being nurse in uk now I want to move to Ireland and my oet getting expired in may 2023 so agency ppl said now I can't do nmbi coz my oet will expire soon but with uk pin can i register for nmbi. How long I need to work in uk to do nmbi registration plz reply
You need to work 3 year in uk or any other english speaking country in last 5year/ or to get ielts or oet before you apply

Hi.. Eventhough your college is closed.. They will transfer all your documents to another colleges under the university.. They will issue documents for you.. Or sometimes university will issue.. I cant help you without know what college or university you studied.. Same time you can contact any of your friends or other students to find out from where they got theirs..

Upload goodstanding certificate in the place to upload CCPS.... You dont need to wait for goodstanding.. Do the payment and start application and upload goodstanding certificate when you get it.

If you didnt worked in karnataka you dont need registration from there.. You need to get good standing from all registration bodies where you worked only..

Good standing certificate is enough.. No particular format.. Nursing council will issue it on their letter head...

If you are confident enough to make ielts or oet in that time frame you can start registration without it.

Send an email to IEReg@nmbi.ie explaining the changing details.. Attach an attested copy of birth certificate or passport or any other certificate as a proof of date of birth.

I would like to commence my NMBI registration.While entering the personal details do I need to enter my name same as passport.Because i have initial in my certificate name but the passport has the elaboration for the initial.Eg in certificate it is ABHILASH R P, but in passport it is written as Abhilash Ramachandran Nair Prasanna kumari,which one do i need to enter.
Entering name as per passport is always better. What is the name on your certificate??

Employement formil verification can be done from hr department,if nursing section is not possible?
Nursing section is the better choice.. Try to fill it with your nursing superindent oe with ward incharge and get a seal from hr.. If nothing possible get it feom hr.. Nmbi will ask you an explanation.. Tyen you can tell your situation to them via email..

I did my nursing education in Kerala, and I have Kerala nursing registration. however I worked in Haryana for 5 years, without a nursing council registration, as there were no requirement for Haryana registration that time since I had Kerala registration. She can write a declaration letter stating that she was preparing for oet during that period

Just right a formal letter to nmbi stating the reason and upload it along with application.. That will be enough..

Other than a automatic reply from nmbi... If tbey didnt get that they will ask you again for that document via email.. Then you can attach your documents to the reply mail....
