SP Client Browser didn't work in my SP Site, I think what I have is a subsite, created by my company, is there any way I can logged into a subsite and check all those properties ?

I have a hard one, I'm creating a schedule flow, running a query against a dataset (power BI), then I need to get some contents from my data and send email after 2 pm to a group of persons. Everything ok until I need to have in the subject email some info from my data like "req number 12345 in Peter's Q". I need to get the req number from the data and the person's name assign to that person. first, I created a button in PBI and runs perfect, the problem is when I have to run the data from a query against a dataset. second, I created a flow with an HTML table and is good but I'm still stock in the right expression to get just a portion of the info. do you have any idea how to do this?
is the third party app safe? I mean if they are able to get the infos of the sharepoint site it means that you have given them access to it. They will be able to see all the files and contents right?

Does it give nested folder name filter as well, meant that i want to know nested folder name of a document

I tried to create a flow and download the folder to share point but it seemed like power automate can’t download the same attachment twice 😂
