- Here is my detailed drive impressions of the Swift Sport 1.4 booster jet. This looks very identical to the regular Swift but as soon as you sit inside you know this isn't. And when you are on road, it is completely different car altogether.

I'm following Gagan bhai since quite a long time... And I've seen him evolving from a automobile expert to a proper entertainer... I have lot of interest in Indian cars and I enjoy watching your videos.. Lots of love & respect ❤

Maruti Suzuki brought 1.0L boosterjet in Baleno RS before 1.0L T-Gdi (Hyundai & Kia) and 1.0L TSI (SKODA VW) , you know what happened after that, despite being a Maruti Suzuki car in terms of sales , we must not expect 1.4L Boosterjet. Fiat also came up with 1.4L Turbojet with 145 bhp and 212 NM in Abarth punto before going . We indians seriously don't need hot hatch .
1.0 boosterjet may comeback with the baleno based crossover..But thats just a rumour..No confirmation..

Must say it is a great package because turbocharged hybrid cars are very rare. TBH, they come usually in supercars or luxury cars.

6. 6 gears and available in manual and automatic .
And Yet Suzuki cant bring such gem of an engines to India which is their largest market 😢. They still offer NA engines like 1.5 even in their premium cars like Grand Vitara . I mean they should offer this engine atleast in top 2 variants for all Cars starting from Brezza , XL6 , Ertiga , Grand Vitara (with AWD) and of course in Jimny (developing a proper 4*4 transfer case). Market is all theirs since anyway finally they started upping safety game slowly.

Honda Suzuki Toyota are reluctant to bring turbocharged engines in india. They will give all sorts of excuses for that. When people move on to their competitors then they will wake up. Here they say reliability issues but abroad they launch it.
