I'd be thrilled to watch a TH-cam video of someone camping in the middle of the ocean on pontoon boats. That would be an epic adventure I'd definitely tune in for!
I converted ours to full camper years ago and also added a toilet which seems to be missing here!
You say your test boat had a 175HP Merc but it clearly shows it's running a 250HP V8 unit. No way you'd hit nearly 50MPH with a 175HP V6.
