1) yamuna authority mai, 300 meters plot ki dimension kya hai means length(back) and breath(front)?
2) plot resale mai lena sahi hai ya directly from authority se draw mai ?
3) Agar hum resale mai leta hai to plot ki cost ke alawa kya-kya amount or pay karna hai like registry charges or other charges, or kita pay karna hoga?
4) same agar hume authority se plot milta hai leta hai to plot ki cost ke alawa kya-kya amount or pay karna hai like registry charges or other charges, or kita pay karna hoga?
My answers pointwise.
1. Dimension is mostly front 12.5 x 24 mtr sides.
2. At present resale looks much better though it's individual's decision.
3. Other expenses are transfer charges as well as registration charges. Brokage of 1% or 50000 as well.
4. For a plot purchase direct from authority, the other charges should be development charges, least rent and registration charges. Though we must go through the brochure and see if there is any thing else specified there.

The main point was about rate which u have not informed therefore taking of decision becomes difficult.
The resale price of 300m is approx 11000 psm and new allotment price are 16500, while for small plots (120m) the resale price is 20000 psm.
