This team building stuff getting people out of their comfort zone is so important for not only teams or sports but for human beings personal growth in general. Penrith seem to be doing a great job with this kind of stuff and it's showing on the field that's for sure

All of the cultural heritages are highlighted and embraced throughout the year which is great.
