I have a 1000+ playlist of clips I'll likely never watch. Some of them date 10 months ago. I stopped adding more and now just stick to watching recent ones and streams when I have time. That way, I stumbled into some Nijisanji and independents. It kinda made me focus on who I like the most / what am I looking for on entertainment
Just like others have mentioned, you don't have to watch Vtubers like it's an Anime series or a football team where you focus only on one group or one linear episode of events. I and many others pretty much treat watching Vtubers as like someone watching regular content creators on TH-cam. We don't have to keep up with every little thing going on with one member or everything happening in the group in general. For me personally speaking I only watch clips that got me interested, if I want to know about a specific Vtuber I just directly go to their channel/twitter to see how they are, directly search for some of their clips instead of relying on the recommended page most of the time, or go to their Wiki page (if they're quite known) in order to get a bit more background about them if I happened to be interested in them. So in short, I'm more of a casual watcher. Though even then I do kinda keep myself updated with stuff from time to time such as important announcements, new debut from those groups, graduations, etc. I'm the type of person who has no singular Vtuber who's my "Oshi" (though If I were to pick who's my favorite it's Kanae from Nijisanji) but even if Kanae is my favorite I don't watch his streams often nor keep up to date with everything he does, I like him because of his desgin, humor and interaction with other people and the clips I found about him, I don't have to force myself to get involved in every little thing he does, the only bare minimum I do is check his tweets on twitter and stuff like that to keep updated.
Usual recommended ads: mobile games, cryptothings, uber eats... Ads when gura talking about dates: Badoo and Meetic back to back. Easy for the algorithm there huh
