It was accidently went to raj. in the middle sonu somehow changed the note and executed his master plan. Logic 2 - Sonu is possibly a multiple personality disorder patient. In a scene we have shown his record of mental patient. sonu's aggressive personality may kill rosie. Logic 3 - Although that word sounded like phone but it was not exactly phone indeed. If you hear closely rosie was trying to say "phonu" which might similar to sonu. Ok all these logic indicate sonu the main culprit. Coincidently sonu got caught badly. Exception: who killed rosie?? if you can solve this mystery, all can be logically interacted. Now as this is a story, maker can do anything in his way which can be logical or illogical . That doesn't matter anyway.
