- Today we will look at one of the major astrological transits of the week and the month: the conjunction between the Sun, the exalted Sun in the sign of Aries, and Jupiter. This is a big moment because this effectively begins a new synodic cycle between Jupiter and the Sun.

Last cycle: Jupiter and Sun conjoined in 10H. I had turned in my resignation for my job on ethical grounds and two other teachers left the university with me for the same reasons. First trine: the end of that paycheck and the end of a supplemental summer position as well. I entered what would be now 9 months of not having a job (I suppose Jupiter had moved into Aries 11H); Opposition: I decided to pursue an art project--my own art show, renting a space, and starting work on the paintings. Last trine: I finished the art project and announced the upcoming show with marketing and publicity. I was able to make more money than I thought I would. Now: I am studying under a master illustrator online, and about to start a new art project. (however, I have continued to apply for jobs because HA living on art is very difficult and uncertain and yeah...) so who knows what I will hear tomorrow when the cycle resets, but it is my 5th class with my new mentor and I will be announcing this new project.

Learning to manage my own finances, my own schedule, setting my own priorities, living in integrity with my truest values. I’m ♏️ Sun, ♏️ Asc, ♌️ Moon, ♒️ third house . The nodal axis in ♉️ ♏️ has helped me recognize my truth. The last Jupiter/Sun synodic cycle exactly coincided with the process of recognizing and leaving the classroom. The last Jupiter sun cycle started in my 6th house, I was overwhelmed with people dumping feral cats in my life, one of them was severely injured and my work and all of the efforts I was doing to save these cats was bogging me down etc.
Around the first quarter position help arrived with benefactor people donating money to get one of the cats surgery.
By the full moon position I had a job offer from people I met through the benefactors who helped the cat.
By the last quarter position while this is all now in my seventh house, I had branched out and met even more friends all from that original connection, and those friends were offering me more work. All of the work revolved around helping with a nonprofit charity, and making healthy vegan meals.
Actually this upcoming conjunction in Aries is 1° away from my descendent in the seventh house. I will definitely update you with what happens.
And also the upcoming first quarter position where Jupiter will retrograde in Taurus is on my Venus in the 8th house.
Correction: The Cazimi is a few degrees away from opposing my Uranus, the eclipse is 1° from my descendent.

I definitely have to go back and check the trines from the last conjunction in 2022 which happened to be on my Pisces Sun in 3rd house. That was my solar return on March 5. Definitely can see some sibling significations but also my niece recently said to me, “ yeah, the last few years affected everyone differently. Some people lost their job, got divorced, got married and you seem to have become enlightened!” Ha ha. Obviously I did not but I like to think my consciousness has expanded thanks to astrology. I know it’s made me want to be a better person and understand and accept others. And I’ve been sharing that with everyone I speak with, when appropriate. This year they are conjoining a degree from my IC so I’ll be tracking it as extra curricular homework/education. I feel like it’s all just one big experiment. Figuratively and literally. My life and the whole Universe! We make the hypothesis and then see what turns out after we apply out theories.

Last cycle for me as a Scorpio Rising....March, Pisces 5th house, I was working on a furniture painting business and planned to make it a major income source for myself. By late July/August, Aries 6th house, we had lost the primary caregiver for one of my clients, had a new primary step in, and found myself working double hours at my "day job" and had to shut down my side business. This was also the time where the client was in the early stages of passing. By December, Sagittarius 2nd house of income, by client had passed at my schedule was up in the air getting ready to become chaotic and take a downward turn. Now, back in my 6th house, my client schedule has stabilized but find myself with a particularly toxic client I picked up during the last part of the cycle. I am planning to leave in July which, oddly enough, is when the nodes change to my Aries 6th/Libra 12th.

This conjunction is trining my natal sun Jupiter conjunction in the 7th. All I know is over the past few days myself and my husband are trying to find a way to travel Europe with our 3 kids for a year. We are both gemini rising and Pluto in the 9th we just want to break from the norm and give our girls more experience that doesn't involve school and homework. We need to chase the sun for a while, Ireland is just too wet 😂

The conjunction on Tuesday will be with in 4* of conjunct my natal venus. (Taurus rising) Thoughts?
Adam, I know you said you don't really focus on out of sign eclipses but I'm wondering if you could explain how those occur? I always thought eclipses have to do with the signs the lunar nodes are in, so how is it that out of sign eclipses happen?
What Adam actually said was, ‘I don’t tend to look at out-of-sign aspects’ and he was talking about Sun square Pluto. (See 29:30 onwards) An eclipse happens when a new moon or full moon is near the nodes so a node being in a different sign is perfectly OK.
Does the philosophy of transfer of light apply to the planets that the Sun touches in a synodic cycle? For example, for this next cycle the expression of Uranus in Taurus would be infused with elements of the Jupiter-Sun conjunction in Aries?
Question: Why skip the squares in this synodic cycle?
