*Make sure to reach out to upperclassman in your campus. You can find people that go to your campus on Instagram by finding your campus location and then following or messaging students that go to your campus. I have found it to be super beneficial to network and connect with students who have already taken courses that you’re about to take.👍
Ask them for tips and advice and make sure to ask them what resources they used to be successful in the course. 👍

Adrian, thank you for this insight. I'm planning on attending Chamberlain this coming Winter session and was wondering if they are charging you the same for the online classes, such as Patho. Your videos have really helped with learning about the Chamberlain/nursing school experience.
Hi 👋🏼 Make sure you find out if you have lectures or not and see if patho is 100% online. Make sure you get in contact with advisors and upperclassman. They will charge the same either way which is disappointing but it is what it is. 🤷🏻♂️

Hi Adrian, my experience for this session were struggle, my patho was very hard, my teacher are terrible she graded assignments and discussions so hard, the exams Jesus!!!! I passed my health assessment 1 but patho failed.

I’m so sorry to hear that. Always make sure you do those course evaluations at the end of the session. My professor told me that they take those evaluations seriously and if you and other classmates didn’t like a professor the school will take note of that.
Hi there, your videos are very helpful to me! I was wondering how the class schedule works, do you pick which days you want (like Mon and Wed, Tues and Thurs) or will the class that you take have a specific day and time?
Hi🙋🏻♂️ Yes so before the session you get the opportunity to pick your schedule. You get to choose the course that will work best for you. Each course has its own set lecture and lab time. If a course is 100% online then there is no set lecture/lab times. For example, health assessment lecture for me was Tuesday 9am-12pm and lab was Thursday 9am-11pm and patho was online. 👍

Yes Quizlet is very helpful for patho. Also I found Patho Phlash Cards by Valerie I Leek to be very good as well. 👍😁

Any advice on how to narrow down the content for exams?
Usually professors will give out concept lists for exams so you can review information.
I’m at chamberlain too and I wish I had whoever you did. Our Professor won’t supply any kind of study guide or list of concepts my whole class is freaking out lol

Goulds Pathophysiology for the Health Professions 6th edition textbook
I’m at Chamberlain right now. I’m in Research right now. I think I start patho in March!
