    One of the best property in Noida extension and by 2024 price will be 1 Lacs per sqr yard (gaj) due to multiple upcoming projects nearby. Currently In yamuna expressway, gaur plots which are very far is around same rate so it is very cheap at current price

    One of the best plot in knowledge park 5, major USP is , Asia’s largest data Center park is already inaugurated and operational and close to this society (1.5km), Imperia Bandhan mall is 2 KM, inside society premises they are constructing hospital, cricket stadium and shops, Also Centre govt has approved upcoming metro till knowledge park 5 which will be 1-2 KM, Galactic City Cyberhub - 1.5 KM, By 2024 rate will be thrice…..mark my words.
    This will be centre point of Noida extension in 2 years

      Correct, with same amount you can get plots in noida sector 112 , 116 and these are developed sectors.

    I am confused...aren't all plots in Noida, Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressway are leasehold properties? So logically it will never be ours!

    greater Noida west and Noida extension what is the difference between them because you used these two words in your video for the same thing.

      Greater Noida West is the official name of the area and it is also known as Noida Extension

      Previously it was known as Noida extension, land was acquired from farmers in cheap rates, by Noida authority to develop industries and all after that in the shake of money they sold the land to builders in double/triple of the rates, after knowing the whole drama, farmers came together and called up strike against builders, stopped their construction work and all, and raised their voice to get more compensation, this ruckus lasts for around 2-3 years, the construction work was on hold till then, and market value of Noida extension came down drastically, anyhow the matter shorted out by paying handsome amount to the farmers, and finally the construction work resumed, but the market value couldn't resumed. So real-estate builders, dealers and other people eye washed and mind washed of the buyers by changing the name of that vicinity Noida extension to Greater Noida West.😁🤣 Aur phir wahi hua jo wo chahte the, public phir phuddu ban gayi aur 3 saal tak aadhi adhuri bani building ko builder ke cosmetic change ke baad phir purchase kar liya.😤

    Better to buy Greater noida authority plots.., maintenance bharte rahoge yha society mein avoid investment here... Instead buy kisa qutoa authority plots for good long term appreciation.

      FYA only 75% coverage is allowed in most of the registered plots. You can never cover 100% are except for unauthorized plots.
