How is it going to be different when we have the same players and same injury crisis? Unless we sign 5 more players, expect nothing bettter than last season.
Last season was without a doubt a very difficult season, but there is definitely a sign of genuine change this transfer window with Ineos. But, even though last season was stressful, it doesn’t change the fact that winning the FA cup last season was probably the best celebration we’ve had since Fergie and even winning the Carabao was reliving and rewarding! This season ahead of Manchester United will determine ETH and Ineos without a doubt! The signs so far are positive!!!
People don't realize EtH has been through the fire already last season. He knows now how to shift seamlessly when injuries occur. I'm not worried about United in that sense. Only thing I'd like to see now before the summer window closes are more players in and some current players out.
Yoro's injury Martinez both metatarsal. Clubs should be asking the boot manufacturing tgat the boits are not up to the quality to protect players feet especially the top on the shoe
Nah! US "football" pitches are meant for the NFL and not football. LA is extremely dry this time of year. It's not the boot, it's the pitch or lack thereof.
Its true, Ten Hag maintained composure when he was left all alone admist a lack of structure, injuries, players who dont belong here and the constant attack from media and pundits. Special mention to atleast the fans sticking by during a tough period. And at the end that definitely helped us atleast win a trophy, things could have gone much much worse.
An elite manager proven winner. Proven developing in youth. Back the manager. We are gong to go a hell of lot closer than most people think this year 🚩 🚩
What makes you think that? ( im an Ajax fan, so i trust ETH with the Manchester United job and I watched every move Manchester United made since 2012 )
@@daniajax4958 I’m a United fan and I think Ten Hag has been abysmal at United. I’m very interested to understand what Ajax fans think of him… how do you rate him?
@@Draper99 he hasn’t been good at United i agree but when he joined ajax nobody wanted him.. zero connections to Ajax and many staff members and people in the club didn’t like him but he pushed through a not so good start and showed why he was the best. He made many players better and got us trophies. However I think we both can agree that the Manchester United coaching job is the hardest in football since Alex Ferguson left. Because that man was a wizard doing amazing without to much to spend on new players. United has so many fans and such high expectations and I really think that no other manager would do a better job. Maybe now with Jim Ratcliffe I think we be even better because the Glazers were never good in my opinion only cared about the money not about the club. So about ETH this season he should show something more at least Champions League football and a trophy because becoming 8th is unacceptable that’s not the place for United. I think if he doesn’t get Champions League and a trophy he should leave… but then you got a new big problem finding a new manager
I cant hate on the guy tbf, he oozes class how he conducts himself, answers whatever question is thrown his way, he knows what he wants and how to get there and has acknowledged previously the reality of where the club is at and the pressures of managing and he seems to handle everything almost perfectly. I wish him all the best this season and I hope he can be the man to get man united back to where they belong (I’m a neutral as as well as I support a non league side)
All we ask is that you give us the football that got you the job in the first place. The football played at Ajax under him was some of the best stuff I’ve seen. i’m sure Dan Ashworth has made him aware of the footballing demands and if he falls short after the new structure and backing I can see him being sacked and Ruud taking over which wouldn’t necessarily be a bad thing.
The currency of big clubs is league titles, and Champions League titles. A Carabao cup and an FA cup is nowhere good enough. Ten Hag is nowhere near good enough

With all the injuries at United, one looks back and wonders how people like Evra, Vidic, Rio played so many matched week in- week out. That consistency really helped keep the defence at a high level I believe. Look at City or even Liverpool now, the core defence doesn't change too much over the course of a season.
