This really does work, I had it after plastic surgery to aid healing & for a smooth appearance - BUT - you must be REALLY careful how much & where you have it done, I had about 12 treatments all over my face, and I looked great, but then I noticed that a lot of the fat in my upper cheeks had vanished, the beautician performing the treatment obviously didn't know this was a possibility. My surgeon pumped in some Rejuvaderm, but I would rather have not had to have any injectabibles!! A few years later the fat seems to have come back, but just be warned!!
