In this video I talk about my new necklace I got, Its a Versace box chain necklace and the first piece of expensive jewelry I have ever gotten. I hope in the future to add some awesome solid gold and iced out diamon jewelry to my collection but figured the Versace was a great start. It is a good feeling to know I have the same necklace as all the big rappers.

man in 1996 when Gianni was alive the medusa pendant alone was a $1,000, BUT was not gold plated, it was full 18k of course the economy was different during the era, got me 2 the white gold and the yellow. now days if you find then pre- loved are up to $ 5,000 and yes Versace still do fine jewelry, but is feminine and delicate. check e bay
All Versace does now is fine jewelry, its common for people to have solid gold or iced out versions of the necklaces but they are all custom pieces and not made by Versace.

Check the story out in about 99 I walk in a pawnshop I see the Versace face snakes Oliver and the hair and shit it had a a pointed to around the edges I think the middle was white gold and then the bottom piece was yellow gold but like not brushed Sitting in a pawnshop I immediately recognize the face and the guys like everyone in there is oblivious they have no idea to Gianni Versace peace it was $180 at this time goal was about $8 a gram And a pawnshop the guy basically begs me to take it because it’s taking up room and no one buys it I pay $180 rocket for about 10 years it was covered in diamonds to I go into Neeson ofs

Where does it state it’s 18ct plated? It’s just brush metal according to their website
tbh a big chain looks good on a big guy, but if you like it, i love it
works best with the proper outfits too, something that flashy doesnt always work with a basic t shirt and jeans but pair it with an equally wild Versace outfit and its good to go

Is Versace fashion jewellery made of brass or aluminium underneath the gold plating? Also I showered with it. Will it spoil it? I like to shower with my necklaces to wash it.

I thought about buying this happy I know that Versace only makes fashion jewelry. I thought the prices were a bit off. If it was solid it would probably cost well over 24,000 for 18k gold. Thnx
In the description of Versace jewelry there is always this Water& Parfum may may damage the jewelry warning. Like how careful should you realy be with them, how to even clean them without water ?
I would recommend putting any fragrance on before putting on the jewelry and letting it dry, if anything gets on it just give wipe it off and if your going in like a pool or the ocean probably dont wear it or just make sure to rinse and dry right after to keep it looking good. Gold is fairly resilient so you dont need to worry to much any normal wear wont do anything to it

no rust, the only wear is the ring the holds the medallion onto the necklace. but its a high quality alloy underneath the gold so i dont think itll rust

Yeah it’s aluminium under the gold and plated in 18k gold so it’s covered in real gold but not 100% sold gold

Mine has faded but you can get it replated at a jeweller for a decent price for it to look brand new

I have sold some of my clothing or accessories in the past but thats usually because i got something I didnt like. With most of my expensive pieces I only buy it if I absolutely love it so most of the things youll see on the channel are ones I wouldnt want to part with.

you can just don't spray it directly onto it, that goes for any jewelry. Put on your fragrance let it dry then put on jewelry

Yes but takes a long long time you can also just get it replated at a jewellers to make it brand new looking

not at all. almost every designer brand operates the same as any other in which they set the profit margin they need to make and once they know their cost for the item determine the retail price based off of that

@@brokehomiejoe1718 yes, while it is costume jewelry its about the nicest costume stuff you can get. Because of the quality craftsmanship everyone will think it is fine jewelry and solid gold. Looks like a $5,000 necklace for just under a thousand is a great deal

@@brokehomiejoe1718 with proper care it should last forever. Main things are just wait till any cologne is dry before putting on the necklace and dont wear it swimming or anything to avoid discoloration. Since it is just a gold plate if you hit it hard enough against something the gold could scratch but it is solid metal so its not going to break or anything but over the years theyre might just be a few spots that look a little less gold. I keep mine in a jewelry case and wear it a few times a week and after about 8 months it still looks great
