Gembu is a town on the Mambilla Plateau in Taraba State, Northeast Nigeria. It is among one of the highest elevated towns in the countryside sitting at an average elevation of 4,423ft above sea level. Gembu is an idyllic place where vegetables, tea, and so many other economically important plants grow abundantly.
