There probably are a couple for military and plane modeling. Less like a studio where you WORK more just like a hobby store you hang out at. I’m a younger member of the local Gunpla community so a lot of the older guys shrug me off, so I don’t visit a lot of hobby stores to hang out anymore.
Great video! I hope you're not regretting the move to Canada; you seem like you miss the gunpla studio very much. Maybe Canada needs a gunpla studio? Sometimes you need to do what makes you happy in life. ❤
very cool to see a place like this. If only this were a thing in the states. Interesting to see people using acrylics. Where I live most people I know who do hobby painting all do Warhammer, and they never use lacquer paints because of the fumes and since they mostly use brushes. Is there a inherent benefit besides durability and gloss finishes when it comes to using lacquer over water based acrylics?
Just found your channel (thanks YT) and I really love your enthusiasm and excitement for gunpla. I wish he had some studios like that where I live (we don’t) not only for gunpla but also for streaming and such. Thanks for the video!
I want this so badly. So many times I've had questions or small issues come up where a hands on demonstration would have meant the world. Even more than that though, it would be so cool to just go to a place where everyone is into the same thing as you, where you can get the supplies you need and do it all there together.
It was definitely great having all of those things. Also I felt very safe with any project I endeavoured because I had so many people to go to for help.
That looks like an incredible place to hang out! Modelling is such a solitary hobby and this would be the perfect way to create and share together. Amazing! Ps welcome back to Canada! 🍁🍁🍁
I’m currently studying in Korea (for a year) and missing building kits so much so… That might be the solution ! Thanks for sharing that amazing place :)
I wish we had places like this in the US. My goal was to create a modeler’s studio in California till I realized we don’t really have the people/customer base to rent and use.
Hiya! They should be open to potential customers who want to take a look first before renting, cuz that's what I did beforehand too, but it's not a public space to just hang out for visitors : )
silly question are there alot of these types of studio in Korea and do they make enough to stay a float or even profit? I would love to see the same thing here in my country but i got a feeling it wont be too sustainable long run
Really cool!!! but i am a bit confused: is that a space for professional builders AND for Hobbysts, or is it a place only for people who earns money selling painted/custom models?
Not soon as I'm STILL setting up my studio and getting into the groove of life here. Once I'm really comfortable, built a kit or two, and get a little twitch to want to shake up my content, I do have plans to do shop tours!! Already got my eyes on a few :)

Very cool. I would love to see studios like this in North America.

The move was for the bigger picture and my family, so no regrets at all. I do miss Korea though, but I missed Canada as well when I was gone : )
impressive studio, it is inspiring for gunpla builder internationaly, the setting, decoration, format, all good !
thank you for the tour! 🥰
Most well decorated studio I've ever been to! That's why I chose it : )
Babe, wake up! New frostedsnow video just dropped!
Yeay!!
i love this. I wish we had these in Texas, it would be so much fun to talk about gunpla with experts IRL
It's the best gunpla experience of my life! I wish it could be in North America too!
She is 3-1/2 PG RX-78's tall.
💀
Man did the pixel measurements and everything
This is quite convenient for model kit builders who don't have the necessary tools. It's akin to a PC cafe, but for assembling model kits.
That's an interesting comparison
I truly feel like it would be cool to live there. Love the studio tour, I would have a blast in a place like that.
It's great to live here as a gunpla hobbyist : )
So this is where members of public can go to paint their kits? That's awesome, we have nothing like this in the UK I know of.
Nothing like this in Canada either..
It's a great idea, I'd love something like this, thanks for sharing.
Wow this is incredible! Just realized I’m next to this, gotta check it out❤
Make sure you contact them first : )
How active is the cosplay scene in Korea? I can imagine the large space being useful for painting costume pieces, like armour and weapons
I'm not too familiar with the cosplay scene but you can definitely do that. There was a professional doll maker in the studio before : )

Welcome! I wish there were more studios like this everywhere as well!
such an amazing video, let's goo!
Hiya! Glad you enjoyed it!
i like these workshop tours to see best practices or alternative setups to improve my own work bench
Me too! That's why I make sure to show every single seat when possible : )
gathering ideas for a workspace at my house.

Thank you! That's exactly it. Going from building at my little desk at home to such a huge community was awesome.
Nice try for getting one of the studio jackets 😆Love seeing these studio tour videos so thanks for sharing.
Seoyahooya and I both gave it a shot 😏
So impresive, I´m from MX and I would like to stablish an studio like that here in my city, meybe in a future, great video!!!

My best experience for sure!
Love this format!!! Thanks for the content!!
Glad to hear it!
badass studio!!
Totally!
I’m currently studying in Korea (for a year) and missing building kits so much so… That might be the solution ! Thanks for sharing that amazing place :)
Yes! Try contacting them to inquire : )
those PG candy zakus 😍
I wish we had places like this in the US. My goal was to create a modeler’s studio in California till I realized we don’t really have the people/customer base to rent and use.
It definitely won't work as well in other countries..
Ok, I really need some of those baby Ma.K figures, so cute. Have to find out where I can get them shipped to Canada
Adorable, right!?? I wanted a set but really held back.
Let’s goooooo o❤🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤
Yeaaaaaaahhhhhhhh
What a cool studio! I wish we had places like this in the US.
I wish there were more in North America too!
First time watching, very cool video. Nothing like this in the states far as i know.
Doesn't work in every country unfortunately : (
woooaaa... some day.. in Panama.. I will build someting like this
That'd be so awesome!
You showed a clear gunplay, that was super clear. The kits come with a cloudy clear plastic. How do you get the clear plastic so clear front and back?
Gloss Coats and Polishing the clear pieces :)
Acrylic wax. A lot of people refer to it as “pledge” but it’s not the normal stuff. You just dip it in and it comes out like glass
@@bdul-ob8sx thanks
Sehr nice. Liebe Grüße aus Good old Germany.Hier im Saarland gibts leider nur eine kleine aber sehr feine Gunpla Gemeinde
this is so cool!
totally!
PG snow 😍
Time to rejoice my gunpla comrades! A new frosted snow video is uploaded!
Haha enjoy!!
@@frostedsnowdon’t mind if I do. The gunpla studio looks so organized and clean I just love it.
Might visit the place when I visit Korea!
Please remember it's not a public space, so please contact beforehand!
Great video sis
Thank you always Chris : )
Wow love the studio... Hope I'll make one in the future here in Philippines but now im in the farm right now earning money. 😂
Best of luck!
AWESOME!!!! Are they open to visitors? The photo taking area is sooooooooooo big!
Hiya! They should be open to potential customers who want to take a look first before renting, cuz that's what I did beforehand too, but it's not a public space to just hang out for visitors : )
@@frostedsnow I got it. Thanks for sharing. :)
Man i wish we can do this in MI or north america in general.
Me too!!
When you were paet of that studio
How popular was hourly painting?
They had a gunpla cafe in that area in my time. The hourly section is new so I'm not too sure.
silly question are there alot of these types of studio in Korea and do they make enough to stay a float or even profit? I would love to see the same thing here in my country but i got a feeling it wont be too sustainable long run
The studio owner said he's been running it for 6 years : ) I didn't even realize it's been that long cuz I joined when it opened.
is there a gunpla to buy in there studio? planning to buy a mgex SF, I've already looked at other gunpla stores in Seoul area but they don't have.
They don't sell kits!
Really cool!!! but i am a bit confused: is that a space for professional builders AND for Hobbysts, or is it a place only for people who earns money selling painted/custom models?
The studio is for anyone who wants to rent the space : )
@@frostedsnow awesome!
Hi, i am visiting Korea in March 2025, can you recommend where i can shop for gunplas around MyeongDong area please?
How much charges for monthly there?
will you start doing gunpla shops in vancouver soon? if so, i can't wait since i live in seattle area...closer to canada then korea for me!
Not soon as I'm STILL setting up my studio and getting into the groove of life here. Once I'm really comfortable, built a kit or two, and get a little twitch to want to shake up my content, I do have plans to do shop tours!! Already got my eyes on a few :)

Seoyahooya video now 😆
Haha he made it fun : )

does anyone know if there is a place like this in the US?
I doubt it... :(
Lapras or Laplace?
The official spelling is Laplas, Korean romanization La-peu-ra-seu
순간 싱가포르이나 대만인줄 알았는데 한국이였네 ㄷㄷ 완전 네이티브 미국인 같네요
