price is very high, but apartment is average, small kitchen to serve big duplex, dry area is small for big apartment. a big fridge can not be accommodated inside the kitchen, staff quarters are very small. toilets are very simple, at least one must have been with a bathtub. No dishwasher can be accommodated. concept of breakfast table is not there. No walk in closet has been given in any room. Dedicated storage space is lacking. price is considered costly even for London standard. But no comparison even with a Dubai apartment. They will give you flat rooms and simple toilet with indian fittings perhaps. You need to decorate it and create all your wardrobe spaces and everything. These builders don't have idea about modern living
