You guys have the funniest fucking description for your channel.
You popped into my feed randomly, subbed just because your name and description are killing me.

Good vid, thanks. Was curious, on that last shot where you guys were talking about collets I noticed you had furring on top of the studs… what’s the reason for that? Anyways looking to learn something new…

Glad you liked the video. Regarding the furring on the studs, it's been a while so I can't remember exactly, but I think they were 2x3 walls (it's an old house) and we needed that extra inch to be able to fit the insulation into the wall. Pretty sure that was what was going on.

Can I use this on wood with proper wood bit?

You can try but you'd probably have better luck with a router and wood cutting bit.

@@JewswithScrews thank you for responding... I need to use it on an existing plywood wall panel to cut out a single gang opening. I don't know my option, I'm not a pro.

Simplest option is probably a sawzall with a wood blade. You’ll have to do a plunge cut but from there it will be east

@@JewswithScrews thank you for the response again :)
I'll see what I can do with it. Appreciate the input.

Just want to give you an update... I bought this plus the RotoZip collet replacements and RotoZip multipurpose bits from Home Depot, and I gotta say that I'm really impressed. I was able to make a single gang opening on the plywood panel.
I even went far and did a stress test on this tool. It was able to penetrate 3 layer panel (plywood + fiber cement board + drywall ??? I know it's crazy who does that)
The CP2.0 battery drained really quick and the RotoZip multi purpose 5/32" looked like it lost weight and slimmed down to 1/8" lol
