If you don't play for one day you will know, If you don't play for two days I will know, If you don't play for three days the whole world will know. Really golden words. Not only for musicians, it's true for student of any discipline. Thank you both for presenting such a great conversation.
I can almost feel Jayanthi mam's happiness and excitement when Veena Balachander sir would have said that he was ready to have her as his disciple 😊. Great conversation! Hats off to MadRasana 🙏🏼
What a great talk about veena, Mridangam ! We get to know so much ! Thanks Jayanthi and Patri Satish ! Practice s secret behind everything! Amazing ! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
An absolute educating, entertaining, and elevating experiences sharing and it is so much above the Veena strings, Mridangam beats, once sishsyas remembering their gurus who made them gurus today, a great 60 minute sharings music lovers should never miss
What an interesting and an innovative prog during the lock in period from the two doyens from their fields! Being a lover of both Veena and Mridangam, thoroughly enjoyed the full prog, and the question answer session was also very interesting and useful! Thanks for the organizers.
Beautiful . Seeing two musicians of such great renown to engage in such informative , yet light- hearted conversation . The friendly smile , the hearty laughter , the perusal through the bygone times ! The reminiscences of the past , beautifully and compactly presented . The performance at the end ... Wahh akka.. 🔥🔥🔥🔥, such meticulously maintained and presented ! I must say , @MadRasana , akka, you have done a great job ! And the composer , akka , loads of pranams to you !. Would love to see more informative and friendly conversions between yet many musicians, instrumentalists and artists ! Please upload more content soon 💗💕💟 Beautiful ❤️ ❣️ Would surely share with other people , I know 😀👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏🔥🔥🔥🔥
Wow.. Such a wonderful conversation indeed.. With two legends of carnatic music..🙏 mam.. A small query.. Veena is such a divine instrument... But... I always wonder How do students of veena manage to carry their veena between their home and class or Guru's place on a regular basis.. Anyone please?..
Jayanthiji, I understand the only way to carry Veena with you on a flight is as oversized baggage. I wonder if you ever had issues of damage to the instruments, how do you deal with damages ahead of concerts and how temperature in flight, various countries affect the Veena? Please explain. Thank you
Sir, not all the teachers teach everything they have. There are many music teachers who teach others some way and teach their own kids in a different way. Very few teachers are genuine. That's you see many successful artists who are the siblings of music maestros.
Jayanthiji should learn to restrain herself from interrupting and interjecting. Satishji is eminently good at speaking for himself. Not to take away from Jayanthiji's musical talents.

mam.. A small query..
Veena is such a divine instrument...
But... I always wonder How do students of veena manage to carry their veena between their home and class or Guru's place on a regular basis..
Anyone please?..
Coz..As I have seen some people who have dropped the idea of learning veena, just because it would be difficult to carry around..
Vimala Students usually dont carry the Veena to class.. The gurus usually have multiple instruments for students to play during class..
