If i buy a house i want a master bedroom in the first floor, when we're old enough we have more pain, stairs is not our fav anymore
Also you need the laundry downstairs or have a laundry room on each level.
Stairs do not favour anybody haha I'm 41 yrs old and I am looking for a bungalow style home for my next home haha.

You’re right about the sitting area at the entry of the house is a waste of space. That could have been extra space for the first bedroom and maybe a nice foyer. I would love a house in Las Vegas, NV. I go there for family trips every year and we love the area. My family and so reside in NM. This was a nice house though. I liked it. 😁

We looked at that particular model and didn’t care for it. I forgot the name of the model but it kind of looks like a Spanish style from outside that one is our favorite. We don't like people in our home so a space like this is great for us. This is where our kids friends would be confined to.

Uma casa muito bonita. As decorações o tom das cores a parede de fora as paredes de dentro bem pintada. As mobílias a geladeira em inox as máquina de lavar roupas brancas o sofá as pedras ao redor da casa com plantas que parecem bromélias e crisântemos e o piso de acesso à entrada principal da casa a pia no meio da mesa. O acabamento do teto o acabamento do rodapé das paredes. O acabamento das paredes do lado de fora é tudo perfeito e em harmonia que da gosto de poder contemplar. A limpeza da casa pelo lado de fora assim como por dentro dessa casa é bem linda. Ah como deve ser trabalhoso cuidar disso tudo principalmente se a casa for muito grande. Tem se a impressão de que os objetos tem vida própria e se limpam e se cuidam e se lavam como gatos até poderem estar prontos para uma bela apresentação uma apresentação impecável como manda o figurino ou melhor como manda a perfeição. I don’t think every bathroom needs a tub and shower glass enclosure. Some of those bathrooms are so small but if that glass door is up it makes the bathroom feel smaller and claustrophobic. And then for some of the children bathrooms it makes it hard for the parents to give the children a bath with a glass door in the way. Sometimes the shower rod is better. But that’s just me

I liked the accent wall with the different colors. It kind of reminds me of a Rubik's cube. I like the windows throughout the house and the lounge area near the front. Overall, the house does nothing for me because it feels too dark, the stairway seems too narrow, the loft area has too much wasted space, fugly carpet and the master bedroom should have a tub/shower combo.
The stairs ought to integrate into the floorplan, like a focal point.

Could they have put a pocket door for the wash closet in the master bathroom? Otherwise, a swinging door would be sort of awkward with the shower on one side, vanity on the other.

Chakits, I like the property. I really like the front of the exterior, but I hate the stairs inside and I hate the fact that there is no door on the master bedroom and no soaking tub in the master bedroom bathroom.

Do you have a website to contact you about the houses for sale? We live in Baltimore Maryland and plan to move out to Nevada. Please help us out. We prefer to live closer to shopping centers, university medical facilities and highways. BTW what county these houses are located?
House would have better vibe and be brighter if the stairs to second floor were opened towards the living room (floating staircase). To make up for the lost wall space I would remove the two small windows next to the TV. Kinda looks out of place. 🤔

Nice store, but no pool no sale.
It's a decent home. Not super pretty or plain. But just nice! Sometimes I dont understand why these 400+k houses, have 4-6 bedrooms and very well designed. But those mansion houses, cost so much but only have 2 or 3 rooms. Those small bedrooms are super tight, along with the closet and everything else. The only best part about those mansions, are from the living room to the kitchen and the master rooms. Sometimes the pools are nice. But anything else, just plain!
The upstairs look better than the downstairs. It seem like they just threw that house together awful💁🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️😀

Sliding glass doors are terrible to clean! Shower curtains are WAY BETTER!
