I noticed how Justice Kulendi repeats 'Judge' and 'High Court' 3 times. eg. A judge is a Judge is a Judge and also A high court is a high court is a high court. Does it have pecuniary reason?

So do you mean in US , where some judges disagree they are not wise . That's Ghanaian judges for you .

He never said that. He even mentioned issues of dissent in Ghana. Dissenting means disagreeing. He only said we should not think the judges are put together to primarily disagree. He questioned why we cannot also think that they have also been put together to agree but rather to disagree.

The first post colonial president of ghana Nkrumah can only be voted man of the millennium in Africa, where your education is measured by your ability to speak and write your colonial masters language.
We have so-called brilliant economists and lawyers in ghana who cannot design and implement a strategy to defeat the socioeconomic woes of high unemployment, food insecurity, etc, except to fabricate childish lies that the colonial masters don’t want Africa to develop so they can continue to steal Africa’s natural resources.
Meanwhile, lee kuan yew of Singapore,a trained lawyer in the United Kingdom, inherited an island nation with far fewer natural resources than ghana and like ghana no home grown technology to convert natural resources into consumer goods.
Nevertheless,he harnessed the power of skilled management to make his dream of a modern and civilized Singapore a reality.
Africa’s underlying problems are official corruption, mismanagement and inability to extract and add value to our natural resources.
If the now fragmented africa countries become a single entity in future and the underlying problems inhibiting economic development now persist unabated the continent would still remain empty giant.

Africa leaders must stop complaining about neocolonialism and mobilize their citizenry to work, pay taxes which would be used by the government to help provide infrastructures.
In the past our traditional chiefs could not mobilize their citizens to work and develop their communities and the Europeans came to Africa and took africans to work for them.
Today governments in Africa still can’t mobilize their citizens to work and they are making dangerous journey through Sahara Desert and Mediterranean Sea to enter Europe illegally to work.
Africa governments cannot mobilize enough tax revenues for developmental projects as long as overwhelming majority of the eligible workforce are in rural areas merely surviving as peasant farmers, poor and incapable of paying income taxes.
Large commercial farms to produce cash crops for domestic and international markets be established in rural areas to create jobs.
The commercial farmers should be granted legal monopolies and in return would be required to pay their workers living wages and pay income taxes for their employees, which would be used by the government to help provide infrastructures.
Finally the highly fragmented retail sector of numerous petty traders and hawkers in cities must be consolidated into large supermarket and departmental store chains.
