You should watch the movie “Skyfall.” The movie is not about the world falling, it’s about Bond being told that everything he believes about himself; his name, his family, his purpose; is all bullshit. Even in the face of all that James Bond stands tall for what he loves and believes in most.

Then MI6 suffers a catastrophic info breach that effects all of NATO, and terrorist attack that kills like thirty agents. They're under investigation by a politician looking to score peace-points by dismantling the counter-intelligence aparatus, and they're fighting one of the best agents they've ever fielded. The sky is falling for MI6, and James, who has been in de-facto retirement, comes back, because they need him. Nobody calls him back, he just returns, because he's James Bond, and he's the only agent nearly good enough. He's pulled back into the fold, despite failing every test, because he's got something the tests can't measure, and M knows it. And then, he goes home, to the place where the sky fell in his personal world, when his parents died, to fight on ground he knows. The movie ends with him finding closure in that regard, a regime-change with the death of Judy Dench's M and the rise of Ralph Fiennes as M.
They didn't stray from the classic James Bond theme (probably, i haven't seen Skyfall yet), but i think every James Bond movie has a opening song, some very familiar ones are "License to kill" (Gladys Knight), "Live and let die" (Paul McCartney and Wings), "Living daylights" (A-ha) and "Golden eye" (Tina Turner)

If this was an assignment for Adele, she definitely received Top Marks. This is beyond understanding the assignment. Down to the choice of instruments used.
