this song and octopus came out on Rinse as a one off thing and the album was on XL so it was probably licensing issues. The Streets has let his work be sampled on XL stuff before and you can't copyright a drum pattern if its not a sample so i don't think its either of those

Since it wasn’t on Spotify I wasn’t able to find this specific song until now over a year later, only this time alone.
